Summer stunners

Merrifield Garden Center is showcasing its dreamy floral looks for the summer season.

As we sit back and enjoy the early days of summer, Merrifield Garden Center is showcasing its dreamy floral looks for the season. Pops of periwinkle, fuchsia and faded yellow are sure to be a hit in any garden, and these flowers provide the perfect backyard backdrop for a breezy afternoon in the hammock, or an evening under the solstice. A community fixture, this garden center knows exactly what its customers want. The Virginia-based IGC was founded on April 9, 1971 and celebrated its 50th anniversary on April 9, 2021. Over the years, it has expanded to three locations and currently employs more than 650 staff members. Take a peek at some of their sun-loving perennials and annuals.
