Intrinsic Perennial Gardens has introduced a new Moor Grass: Molinia arundinacea ‘Cordoba’. The flowers on this Moor grass emerge in July on long 7-foot+ stems and slowly color to a vibrant butterscotch color in October. These substantial clumping plants prefer a moist to well-drained soil in full sun. The hardiness is zone 4-9. Ten cents for each plant sold will be donated to a School in Germany where plant breeder Earnst Pagel's nursery was previously located.
