Twigs Garden Center in Jackson, Wyo. targeted by thieves

Intruders dug up flowers from the retailer's perennial garden, marking the first theft in the store's 12-year history.

“It’s like a whodunit mystery,” said Lisa Miller of Twigs Garden Center.

Employees at Twigs maintain a perennial garden in front of the store at 890 S. Highway 89, and last week they noticed many of their plants had gone missing.
