Fiskars is accepting applications for its grant program, Project Orange Thumb. The deadline is Feb. 19, 2010. Community garden groups, as well as schools, youth groups, community centers, camps, clubs, treatment facilities, etc. are encouraged to apply. Recipients will receive $1,000 in Fiskars garden tools, $1,000 to cover the cost of plants and Project Orange t-shirts.
