Suntory Flowers and Crescent Garden teamed up this spring to create a fun, engaging challenge for their social media audiences: the Spring Design Challenge.
Nine contestants received three Senetti flower varieties from Suntory Flowers and Crescent Garden's TruDrop Flex Self-Watering Planter. The Senetti varieties included 'Lavender Dawn', 'Red Halo' and 'Blue Bicolor Improved'. Participants used these products to create designs, along with other plants of their choice.
Spring Design Challenge finalists
Once all nine designers' creations were showcased on the companies' social media channels, their followers had the chance to vote on their favorite spring design.

Using the poll feature on Instagram, more than 170 people voted on their favorite design.

After all the votes were counted, the final winner was Lynn Ott from Flowers and Ferns in St. Louis, Missouri.
