Key features

This showy new fountain grass has thick dark-red plumes over green mounding foliage. Seedheads emerge in August and hold on until October. A very graceful grass that will add late season interest to the garden or mixed border.

Display tip

Presenting a specimen plant in the landscape or in a 3-gallon, specimen-size planter would be beneficial. Pair with other late bloomers such as Vernonia, tall border sedums, Rudbeckia or Anemone.
