The compact and portable Pixie Grape, spotted at the Plug Connection booth, was all the rage at Cultivate’14. This dwarf grapevine produces mini bunches of the fruit, and the plant can be grown indoors in sunny rooms or outdoors in containers. “Pixie Grape is a naturally occurring mutant of Vitus Vinifera ‘Pinot Meunier’, a variety of grape used to produce wine and champagne,” according to the Pixie Grape website.
