Emerald Coast Growers is proud to have nearly 30 years of success in the horticulture business. With locations in both the northeast and southeast, the company has more than 500,000 sq. ft. of greenhouse space, over 75,000 sq. ft. of outdoor growing space and 100 acres of total farmland. Emerald Coast Growers consistently supplies top quality starter plants to growers throughout North America.
Known for their wide variety of perennial starter plants and specialty plants, Emerald Coast Growers still maintains the distinction of being one of the industry’s largest suppliers of ornamental grass liners to North American growers and retailers.
The company seeks out the finest genetics available from the world’s premier breeders, and also offers exclusive selections like Calamagrostis x acutiflora ‘Hello Spring!’, Miscanthus sinensis ‘Little Miss’, Miscanthus sinensis ‘Fat Cat’, Miscanthus sinensis ‘Scout’, Muhlenbergia ‘Fast Forward™’; Panicum ‘Hot Rod’; Stokesia ‘Divinity’; and Andropogon ‘Rain Dance’.
Some of their newest favorites include:

Echinacea ‘Tweety’ PP28952, which brightens any spot with its large, golden yellow flowers and compact habit. It grows to 8 inches tall and 6 inches wide. ‘Tweety’ stands out for its excellent pot performance but also excels in gardens and combinations. It prefers sandy, well-drained soil and full sun. ‘Tweety’ blooms from early summer to fall and is hardy to Zone 4.
Hosta ‘Dancing Darling’ PPAF, with unique yellow-golden curled foliage with green edges. Plant ‘Dancing Darling’ in a moist, cool, humus-rich and well-drained soil. It prefers sun to shade. ‘Dancing Darling’ reaches 15-20 inches tall and 24 inches wide. This fast growing Hosta is excellent as a specimen plant, for mixed containers, in mass plantings or in borders.
A petite new addition to the popular SunSparkler® Sedum series, ‘Angelina’s Teacup’ PPAF is a mini of Sedum ‘Angelina’. As the smallest SunSparkler and the first non-blooming ‘Angelina,’ it forms a tight groundcover just 3 inches tall and 18 inches wide. Its bright yellow foliage lasts into fall, when cool temperatures bring on a blush of orange. ‘Angelina’s Teacup’ prefers full sun and is hardy in Zones 3 to 9.
